We only use the highest-grade powders and are offering products from renowned brands such as Dulux and Interpon.

Our facilities
Our Vivid Powder Coating facility has a manual overhead push trolly system designed by Emjay processing systems Pty Ltd for more efficiency in the production line, from hanging of jobs to powder coating then to oven then to unpacking area without double or triple handling of jobs greatly improving turnaround times. Our powder cure oven is a direct gas fired, forced convection batch oven with the ability to fit jobs up to 2600mm wide 2200mm high and up to 8 metres long if required. Our aluminium pretreatment tanks are a five tank system which includes three rinse tanks. We use the Gema Optiflex pro B Dual gun system, so two powder coaters can paint at the same time on the job, again speeding up turnaround time. We also have an onsite sandblasting unit.
